Donation Instructions
Help provide needed support to our students with special education needs in our Scituate community through a contribution to our Foundation. Foundation, coupled with the funds we raise through events will be distributed to supplemental programming initiatives and resources that support and positively impact our students with a wide range of educational needs. We appreciate your generosity and thank you for joining our “Community of Resources” in support of our very special children. The C.O.R.S.E. Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that is organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Foundation has been granted exemption from federal income taxation under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal revenue Code, as a publicly supported charity. Your contribution to the Foundation could be tax deductable. Upon receipt of your donation we will forward you documentation of your charitable contribution accompanied by our Federal tax identification number.
