C.O.R.S.E. Sponsors and Donors
CORSE CAMPaign Donors
The Foundation received donations from the following individuals, corporations and organizations which helped support the Lose the Training Wheels Camp and the All Stars Camp. These camps provided for “once in a lifetime” opportunities to become a reality for the 60 children and families that participated.
- Aquamarine Services, Barry Brothers Disposal, Braga and Associates, Building 19, Circe’s Grotto, Clay Nissan, CVS Caremark, DHR Associates, Friends of Scituate Commission on Disabilities, The Genesis Fund, The Reardon Family, Roche Bros., Rockland Trust, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Scituate Federal Savings, Scituate Special Olympics, and The Waters Family.
We would also like to recognize the tireless commitment of the 45 volunteers who spotted and coached the riders in the Lose the Training Wheels Camp; we couldn’t have done it without you!
Corporate Matching Program
- Did you know your contribution to C.O.R.S.E. could be doubled or even tripled? More than 1,000 American companies have adopted corporate matching gift programs to help support nonprofits. Corporate matching gifts are a great way for our supporters to maximize personal contributions to the C.O.R.S.E. Foundation and increase the impact of their gift. We have compiled a list of corporations that have matching programs; (Matching Donor List) If you do not see your company listed, you may want to check with your personnel department. If your employer appears on the list, simply request a Matching Gift Form from your Community Relations Department or Human Resources Department and send it to us at: CORSE Foundation, P.O. Box 512, North Scituate, MA 02066. If your company matches contributions please let us know, so we can add them to our list.

Philanthropic Program Initiative
TThe C.O.R.S.E. Foundation has established the Philanthropic Program Initiative or “PPI” effort. PPI allows for individuals, corporations or other non-profits to contribute funds directly to support identified programs for children with special needs. This past year the CORSE Foundation in collaboration with Scituate Public Schools, Scituate Recreation and other interested parties sponsored after-school social skills and academic programs, the “All Stars” Recreation Programs, the Lose the Training Wheels Camp and Therapeutic Horseback Riding. These programs served over 200 children ranging in ages of 4 to 17 years of age. The Philanthropic Program Initiative will allow for the continuation and expansion of programs like these in 2008 and 2009.
We would like to acknowledge our PPI contributors thus far in the year 2008:
